Working as a team

You can bring people into your account who work on your websites with you. Everyone has their own login and their own second factor, and connects their own AI assistant. Nobody has to share a password.

Seats

A seat costs CHF 20.– a year including VAT. You buy as many as you need under “Team” in the portal. You don’t need a seat yourself, only the people who join your account. An open invitation already takes up a seat.

If you add a seat later, you pay the share until the end of the period straight away. If you need fewer seats, the lower number applies from the next renewal; nothing is refunded. You can’t go below the number of seats in use. If you remove someone from the team, their seat is free again immediately and you can give it to someone else.

Inviting

Under “Team” you enter the email address. The person gets a link that’s valid for 14 days. If they don’t have an account yet, they create one and come back to the invitation afterwards. They keep their own websites; yours are added to their list.

What a member can do

Team members build the websites, look at previews and publish. Their assistant sees your websites too: if it’s already connected, it gets your account as soon as the invitation is accepted. If they connect it later, they select your account when granting access. If your websites still don’t show up, reloading the list of tools in Claude or ChatGPT usually sorts it.

The plan and invoices, buying domains, the team itself and handing over a website stay with you.

When someone leaves

If you remove a member, they stop seeing your websites straight away. Their connections and keys for your account stop working. A member can also leave a team themselves.

When the seats run out

If you cancel the seats, they run until the end of the paid period. After that your team members stay registered but no longer see the account. Open invitations lapse. If you book seats again later, your members are back without a new invitation, as many as there are seats.
