Versions and rolling back

Every change to your website becomes a version. In the «Versions» tab you see the history, which state is live right now, and you can publish an earlier state again. This is not a deletion: going back to an old version is itself an operation and stays visible in the history.

What a version is

All the files changed in one pass become a single version together. An assistant writing ten files in one call creates one version, not ten — that way the history stays readable.

How far back

How many versions are kept depends on the plan. On a paid plan it is unlimited.

Rolling back doesn’t make anything live

Restoring an old state only changes your working state at first. It goes live when you publish — the same separation as everywhere else.
